Since I'm so crazy about bananas and got a whole box from the school brunch I had to do something with it before they get rotten. And what isn't more delicious than pancakes if not bananapancakes? So here's a very nice recipe that is both healthy and yummy! You could eat it like a sandwich with philadelphia cheese and tomates or if you want to go for the more deserty look, you can add peanut butter or (and) nutella. (I feel like such a cheesy blogger uploading a both "healthy and delicious" recipe but this is just so good so i highly recomend it)
För 6 små tjocka:
4 bananer
3 ägg
2 dl kokosflingor
2 dl mjölk
4 dl mjöl
For 6 small thick ones:
4 bananas
3 eggs
2 dl coconut flakes
2 dl milk
4 dl flour
To be completely honest I didn't follow any exact measurements and went more on feeling, but this is similar to what I used, haha!
